The monograph reflects the outcomes of research on Sino-Russian interaction in tourism, which is viewed as a catalyst for broader bilateral cooperation and a foundation for its future development. The study is unique in its combination of Russian and Chinese research approaches, thereby creating a comprehensive picture of the two countries' cooperation in tourism. The collected materials enabled not only an analysis of the current state of Sino-Russian tourism cooperation but also the identification of successful case studies, the determination of promising areas and growth points, and the formulation of recommendations for increasing bilateral tourist flow. An in-depth analysis of existing practices led to the conclusion that significant potential exists, the realization of which will deepen contacts between the two nations in the tourism sphere.
The work features a structured analysis of the economic benefits derived from Sino-Russian tourism partnership and sheds light on the foundations of tourism cooperation within the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.
