In the context of sanctions and increasing geopolitical and geo-economic instability in the world, the relevant tasks for authorities at all levels are preserving the population, increasing its well-being and resilience; achieving economic sustainability and technological leadership; supporting the family and realizing the potential of every individual. It is precisely to solving these tasks that the national priorities adopted in 2024, in accordance with Presidential Decree 309 "On National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2030 and with a View to 2036," are directed.
The event brought together leading scientists, politicians, representatives of civil society and business and became a platform for the scientific search for mechanisms, substantiation of strategies and tactics for the implementation of socio-economic reforms at the federal and regional levels, taking into account the achievement of national development goals of Russia and the application of modern theories.

3."On the Issue of Labor Productivity in the Sphere of Culture: Lessons from History and Challenges of Modernity" by V.Yu. Muzychuk, Deputy Director for Research at the Institute of Economics of RAS, Dr. Sci. (Econ.) (Moscow).
4."Modeling Freight Flows as a Tool for Implementing Russia's Spatial Development Strategy" by N.K. Khachatryan, Deputy Director for Research at the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of RAS, Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.) (Moscow).
The conference featured the work of four thematic sections, where 140 scientific reports were presented:
Section 1. "Strategic Priorities for the Economic Development of Territorial Systems"
Section 2. "Development of Russia's Human Potential in the Context of Achieving Strategic National Goals"
Section 3. "Development of Russia's Agro-Industrial Complex: Challenges and Growth Points"
Section 4. "Strategy and Tactics of Regional Development: The View of Young Scientists".
The conference reports discussed issues of the Russian economy's transition to a new development model, social consolidation, and the formation of civil society. Particular emphasis was placed on the socio-economic problems of the regions in the European North of Russia. Researchers examined problems of sustainable economic growth and methods for ensuring it; socio-economic problems of territorial development; innovative methods of public administration; approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration and methods for its improvement; issues of spatial development of territories; and problems of enhancing the financial sustainability of territories.
Furthermore, scientists participated in the discussion of the expert session "The Concept of Noonomy as the Basis for Implementing National Priorities, Projects, Platforms." The session was dedicated to the problems of the theoretical foundations of noonomy and its role in societal transformation, the interconnection between noonomy and sustainable development and the implementation of the country's national development priorities, and the application of the concept of noonomy in education, healthcare, culture, the service sector, and creative industries. During the event, researchers discussed how the noonomic approach can become the foundation for implementing national projects and platforms and serve as a basis for defining strategic directions for Russia's socio-economic development in the near future.
